-	~~AL JENNINGS~~ who ~~has served~~ as the Church's Custodian for 38 years ~~is retiring~~. He has cared for ~~the~~ Church and each of us in so many gracious ways~~. 		+	LET'S SING! Youth Choir begins Sept. 26th in the choir room, from 10:45 - 11:30 (during adult coffee hour). Our singers are a devoted group, but they would be happy to have new singers join them. Have fun, contribute to worship and learn more about music! Ability to read music is not required. Questions? Contact Carol Vedder.

	ART EXHIBIT of the work of Manor Resident Fred Yehl, at the Schweinfurth Museum in Auburn from August 29 to Oct 17. Fred, who is 92, still paints everyday and teaches a weekly art class at the Community Center. On display will be more than 85 of his stylized tempera paintings of leaves, flowers, animals and buildings. -	~~PWC ON POINT FOR COLLEGE: We collected and donated many new bed pillows and towels for students leaving for college~~ in ~~August~~. ~~Thanks!~~	+	HORIZON BIBLE study books are available in the church office. The cost for the books this year is $8.00

Items needed to fill kits to be sent to children in Haiti, etc.: 1 pair blunt scissors, 1 12" ruler, 1 pencil sharpener, 6 new pencils with erasers, 1 large eraser, 1 box 24 crayons, notebook of ruled paper approx. 8-1/2” x 11” containing 150-200 sheets of paper, 12 sheets colored construction paper.
